At True North, we believe in the power of authentic connection.
Our mission is to heal broken relationships in families
by partnering with horses to open our hearts and rewnew our minds.
It is human nature to want our individual needs met, however If we don't know how to do this in a healthy way, we may develop maladaptive behaviors and patterns to get what we want. Herd & Seen coaching is intended to build awareness of healthy attunement and boundary practices to establish a foundation for thriving relationships.
Hangin' with Horses is about community. We now live in a world that is more "connected" than ever before, yet studies show that people feel more isolated and are suffering from loneliness, depression, addiction and anxiety. We believe the solution is meeting together, face-to-face and learning to be present with ourselves, God and others. Come join our herd! Email us for event dates
Youth and young adults are heavily influenced by culture. As they strive for validation & acceptance, they may lose themselves to gender questioning-- disconnecting from their bodies, and pursuing unhealthy solutions to “fix” their perceived “maladjustment” in society, and therefore experience subsequent feelings of anxiety, depression and overall disconnection. We put our whole heart into creating customized healing interactions for parents that don't know where to turn for help.
Designed to build self-awareness of how you interact in relationship. Our equine friends will unearth insights that will help lead you through a process of self-reflection. Interaction with horses is on the ground only, no riding.
