At True North, we believe in the power of authentic connection. We invite each participant to step away from the noise of the world and lean into the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit and the wisdom of the horse. Through these meaningful, face-to-face encounters, our hope is that every individual will discover a deeper sense of belonging and connection.
We offer a sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and be fully seen. We listen wholeheartedly, encourage courageously, and extend love freely—so no one feels alone in their journey.

Hangin' with Horses is about fostering authentic connection within our community. In a world that is more connected than ever, many still feel isolated and burdened by loneliness, depression, addiction, and anxiety. We believe connection begins when we step away from technology and get present with ourselves, God, and others. Experience the healing benefits of physical movement and meaningful hands-on work. Come join our herd!

It is human nature to desire our individual needs to be met; however, if we don't learn how to achieve this in a healthy manner, we may adopt unhealthy behaviors and patterns to fulfill our needs. Herd & Seen coaching is designed for couples or parent-and-child pairs and combines Equine Assisted Learning with practical relationship-building tools to help participants strengthen awareness, communication, attunement, and boundaries—skills that support healthier relationships, deeper connection, and greater joy in everyday life.

In a world filled with noise, pressure, and constant comparison, many youth and young adults, find themselves quietly asking, Who am I really? and Where do I belong? The search for acceptance can lead to disconnection—from the body, from others, and from the truth of who God created us to be.
I invite you to step away from the noise and into a deeper story—one marked by love, truth, and the steady presence of God.
An unstructured yet safe space to connect with others around horses. Get your hands dirty—brush horses, scoop poop, drive a tractor, and spend time outside learning about horses. Contact Liz for dates and to confirm your spot.
